Every rating is built from years of real program data — playing time records, development trends, coaching tenure history, transfer portal data, and system identity metrics — drawn from publicly available sources and our proprietary analytical models, compared across a peer group of comparable programs.

How do I tell you which schools to analyze?

Right after checkout you'll receive a short intake form — about 10 minutes. It covers your athlete's info, sport, position and play style, ranked priorities, and your schools of interest. You have 45 days to submit it, so you can buy now and fill it out when your list is ready.

How fast will I get the report?

Your personalized PDF is delivered within 3–4 business days after you submit the intake form. Every report is analyzed and written from scratch — nothing is pulled from a template.

What if one of my schools isn't in your data?

If we can't cover a program you selected, we'll tell you before research begins and refund that portion — or the full order if we can't produce the report at all. Coverage gaps are on us, not you.

What if I change my mind?
